This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the manner in which SaMaS Info Pte Ltd (Registration No.: [201809379K], Singapore), including its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents, and service providers (collectively referred to as “SaMaS Info”, “PriceLah!”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, processes, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012(PDPA) of Singapore.

By accessing or using our mobile applications, websites, platforms, surveys, and other digital or physical channels ("Channels"), you agree to be bound by this Policy.

• You      acknowledge that no digital system is fully secure and you agree to      assume all risks associated with the use of the Channels;
• You      expressly waive all claims against us relating to any loss, unauthorized      access, misuse, or disclosure of your data, unless we are found liable by      a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore for gross negligence or      intentional misconduct.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or to comply with applicable legal, business, or audit requirements. Thereafter, we will delete, anonymize, or de-identify your data.

7. Security Measures

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including:

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy or your use of our Channels.
