These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the PriceLah! mobile applications, websites, tools, services, and other platforms (“Channels”), operated by SaMaS Info Pte Ltd (Registration No.: [UEN], Singapore) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our Channels, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Channels.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your access and use of the Channels are at your sole risk.
• These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and SaMaS Info Pte Ltd.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.      Continued use of the Channels signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Channels. By accessing the Channels, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and technologies displayed or used on the Channels are the exclusive property of SaMaS Info Pte Ltd or its licensors, and are protected under Singapore intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying,modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works, or selling any part of our Channels;
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code;
• Using our trademarks or branding without express prior written consent.

 You may use our Channels solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with:

• These Terms;
• Applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

• Use the Channels for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;
• Upload viruses or malicious code;
• Circumvent security or authentication measures;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Channels or servers.

 By using the Channels, you agree to our Privacy Policy(available on our website), which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

We may process your personal data for the purposes of providing services, improving features, fulfilling legal obligations, and marketing (subject to your consent).

All services and content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not warrant that:

• The Channels will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• Any data (including prices, product details, or promotions) provided is      accurate, complete, or current;
• The Channels are free from harmful components such as viruses or malware.

You assume all risks associated with your use of the Channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We      shall not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind (including direct,      indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages) arising      out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Channels.
• This      includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of      goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• We      disclaim all liability for third-party products, services, or websites      linked to or mentioned on the Channels.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Channels is to discontinue use.

 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaMaS Info Pte Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your      breach of these Terms;
• Your      misuse of the Channels;
• Your      violation of applicable laws or rights of any third party.

Our Channels may display links or integrate with third-party services. You acknowledge that:

• We      are not responsible for third-party services;
• Use      of such services is at your own risk;
• You      should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party providers      before use.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms;
• Your actions may cause harm or liability to us, our users, or third parties.

Upon termination:

• Your rights under these Terms immediately cease;
• All provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g., intellectual      property, limitation of liability, indemnity) shall remain in full force.

 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Channels.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaMaS Info Pte Ltd regarding your use of the Channels. No other communications or agreements shall modify or supersede these Terms unless agreed in writing by us.
